Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to exchange your product. Even though it is a virtual store, Interior Scoop facilitates the option for you to make your exchange, the shipping for the first exchange is at the clients expense. Exchanges and returns can be made within 7 working days after the date of reception of the product, the first step is to communicate to our service team through the email service@interiorscoop.com

Important informations:

– You can exchange for the product you want as long as it is available in stock

– The product must be sent in the original packaging, undamaged, or in a safe way for transportation, which will be analyzed. If you put the product at risk, the exchange may not be accepted, in which case the product will be resent back to the client.

– The Invoice or copy of it must accompany the product

– The conditions of the product for return will be analyzed, once the return has been accepted (defective product, damaged in shipping or in disagreement with the order) you can choose to exchange for another product on the site or have a refund for the amount paid

– In cases of refund of the amount paid: if the payment was made with a credit card, the refund will occur in up to two invoices on your card. If your purchase was paid by bank deposit, the amount will be debited from the current account you indicate, within 10 working days.

– If you receive the product with a damaged, open or wet box and this damages the product, your product may be replaced by an identical one. In case the product is no longer available in stock, the customer gets the value of the product as a credit to use in the store.
